Let's talk turkey!

Turkey Sausage Cooked in Apple, Raisin, and Grape Juice

Ingredients

1/2 cup red grape juice

1/4 cup raisins

1/2 medium apple, peeled and sliced

1/2 medium onion, sliced

2 low-fat turkey sausages

2 tablespoons olive oilNutritional Info

1. Sauté the turkey sausages in olive oil. Once cooked, remove and place on plate. In same pan, sauté onions and apples until onions brown and apples soften. 2. Return sausages to pan. Add grape juice and raisins. Bring mixture to light boil.Serves 2.
