Pear Walnut Salad

6 servings of assorted greens


2 med red pears, thinly sliced


3t honey


2t lemon juice


1/2c chopped walnuts


crumbled blue cheese(optional)

In a 2 qt bowltoss together assorted greens & pear slices.

For dressing combine honey & lemon juice.

Sprinkle with walnuts & blue cheese.

Serve immediately.
