Integrate at least three to five or more and see what begins to unfold:

Drink a full glass of water before each meal. Water rocks! ¨

Go to bed an hour earlier. ¨

Light an aromatherapy candle. ¨

Turn off the television and play a board game. ¨

Turn off the video games and play outdoors. ¨

Create a dream board. Have your children make theirs. ¨

Power down a credit card balance. ¨

Give a foot massage to your loved one. Don't expect one in return. ¨

Go to bed with relaxation music or sounds of nature, not the TV. ¨

Put your credit cards up for a month. ¨

Does your child need a tutor? ¨

Do 20 crunches in bed every morning for 21 days. ¨

Have a garage sale. ¨

Double your recycling efforts.

Switch to recycled toilet paper. ¨

Flush the toilet every other time. ¨

Shop thrift. You'll be very surprised. ¨

Tell your children how proud you are of them. Seal it with a hug. ¨

Replace five pair of "seen better days" panties. Try on the next size up if your hips have rounded from your last purchase. ¨

Don't "drive thru" anywhere for 30 days. ¨
